Timelines

You asked for us to handle more for you, so we are on it with options in-house, through creative partnerships, and experience (recommendations + advice)!  When you receive your date, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can pencil you in the calendar giving you the first right of refusal.  It locks you in as one of the three families we will work with on the same date at the same time.  Whether you use one or all of our services, they are reserved for you!

Entertainment - In House

Book as soon as dates get released during your child's 5th grade year (usually December).  Dates book up fast, and we are limited to only three per weekend in Houston (2 per month in other cities)!  When you contact us, you reserve your spot as one of the three families we will work with simultaneously on a weekend.  We typically only provide our services to those families and no others, as most that use us for the entertainment will use us for party pix (green screen photo booth).  

Meetings:  

• First Meeting - 13-30 months in advance (if this is your first time planning your child's bar/bat mitzvah
• Second Meeting - 2-6 months in advance 

In Houston, we will take on a maximum of 100 parties.  

In Denver, Dallas, and Austin, we will take on a maximum of 24 parties. 

 

Party Pix Photo Booth - In House

Book 6-12 months in advance 

Provide artwork keywords 2-4 months in advance 

In Houston, we will take on a maximum of 100 parties.  For every 100 parties we do entertainment for, we provide the party pix at 90.

In Denver, Dallas, and Austin, we will take on a maximum of 24 parties.  For every 24 parties we do entertainment for, we provide the party pix at 24.  

 

Media and Photography - In House

Book 9-12 months in advance 

Provide pictures for montage 4-6 weeks in advance. Click here for guidelines. 

In Houston, we will take on a maximum of 100 parties.  For every 100 parties we do entertainment for, we provide the montage at 90.

In Denver, Dallas, and Austin, we will take on a maximum of 24 parties.  For every 24 parties we do entertainment for, we provide the montage at 24.

 

Planning, Day Of - In House

Book 1-3 months in advance 

In Houston, we will take on a maximum of 12 parties 13 months in advance, 12 parties 13 days in advance, and 50 parties 13 hours in advance.

This service is not available in the Denver, Dallas, and Austin markets.

 

Catering - Recommendations + Advice

Book 9 months in advance.  Our recommended vendor can help with Friday evening dinner, Luncheon, Party, and Sunday Brunch!

Decor - Recommendations + Advice

Book 9-12 months in advance.  Our recommended vendors can help with Friday evening dinner, Luncheon, Party, and Sunday Brunch!

Other - Recommendations + Advice

Book 3-6 months in advance
