Staffing

We try to have two meetings with each family to gather as much information as possible.  From those meetings, we determine who we want to send to the party, and a lot of that is based off the number of kids you will have, the school(s) they go to, and the time of year the party will take place.  Part of our unique formula is our team mentality; we have one DJ, one MC, and two dancers at each party, and we do our best to let you pick exactly who you want to fill those positions.

 

We try not to specify staff in the contract in case anything happens to one of us, but we will heavily consider preferences.  We have a certain personality and style that makes us different from the other entertainment companies but allows all of our teams to work the same way when it comes to the night of activities.  At the same time, we are consistently interchanging our regular, experienced staff between the different parties/roles so that we can provide something new each week and keep from having multiple parties be too alike.  We have always run our business as a team and not as any one person specifically, and that has allowed us to be successful every week, especially during the spring where the kids would normally be tired of a specific person they’ve seen too many times.  

 

Our clients go with us because of our style, personality, and experience, and it’s always a choice between EZ BAR MITZVAHS or another company vs. specific people within EZ BAR MITZVAHS.  We often say, the hardest part of the party portion of a bar/bat mitzvah weekend is the planning that goes in, up until it's time to actually party!  As a parent, the party will zoom by very quickly, so it's nice to know:

 

1.  You have bar/bat mitzvah entertainment experts working together, who understand the bar/bat mitzvah process in that it' a once in a lifetime event for most people,

 

2.  You have an incredible and talented group of people representing you and your family well, and

 

3.  Most importantly, you have a caring team that are making sure your child is having the time of his/her life.
